Go on an inner art journey led by spirit and facilitated by Cassadaga’s own Phyllis Kentleton, Art Meditation Facilitator and creator of Paint and Meditate. Phyllis will help you connect to spirit through a short, guided meditation and open yourself to receive guidance through paint and your own artwork. Surrender, and create magic in your mind and then, on a canvas. Meet your guides, your higher self or a passed on relative. Allow them to imprint colors, scenes and maybe instructions and let your hand flow without structure. Then Phyllis will instruct you on how to use it for your personal mandala at home. Your personal positive energy portal of heavenly connection and growth. No artistic skills required, and all supplies included in cost. Cost is $45 cash and held at Hotel Cassadaga.
