During your healing session with me, I will use a combination of Reiki, Sound Healing and hypnotic suggestions. I intuit what areas to focus on more by body scanning with my hands. I have been a Reiki Master for 5 plus years, and I allow the Universal Consciousness to flow through me to the areas that it sees in need of healing. I often will use crystals on your body to accelerate healing in different areas of your body. It is a very relaxing and calming form of energy healing.
