Calm the Body, Open the Soul

Our nervous system plays a powerful role in how we experience stress, healing, intuition, and spiritual connection. When the body is overwhelmed, the mind becomes busy and the heart closes. But when the nervous system feels safe, the body relaxes and deeper spiritual awareness naturally emerges.  In this class, taught by Psychic Medium and Reiki Practitioner Helena Falcon, we will explore the connection between the central nervous system and spiritual practices, and how calming the body can open the door to inner peace, clarity, and intuitive awareness. You will learn how stress affects the body and spirit, and experience simple techniques that help regulate the nervous system, including breathing practices, EFT tapping, the healing power of music, and guided meditation. Introduction to Remote Viewing
