Join us for a weekly sound bath led by Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Marie, and transport to serenity in this group meditative experience. This mesmerizing musical performance welcomes you to a state of tranquility and harmonic connection. Each week invites a new soundscape to immerse yourself in, from the depths of a dewy jungle to the edge of a calm shore or the vast expanse of space, accompanied by live crystal singing bowls and chimes.

During each session, you can expect to quietly sit or lay down for 30 minutes in a dark room with others and enjoy the music around you. You may choose to meditate, astral travel, daydream, focus on breath work, connect to your body and emotions, rest, etc. during the session. Seating is provided for all participants, however, if you would like a more personalized experience, you are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat, bolsters, pillow, eye mask, blanket, etc.

Sessions last 30 – 45 minutes and are held at Hotel Cassadaga. Cost is $20 per person, cash only. Please call us at (386) 228-2323 to reserve your spot ahead of time. Please arrive early and register by 6:00pm on the day of the session you’d like to attend. Meet in the lobby of the hotel.

Marie is an Intuitive Energy Practitioner at Hotel Cassadaga, driven by a profound connection to the spiritual realm and a deep love and understanding of the power of music and community. When performing in a sound bath, she prefers to play intuitively, allowing her melodies and harmonies to be led by inspiration alone. Her intention is to create a safe space and sacred atmosphere for each participant to explore and enjoy what it means to be truly present and connected.
