Understand that some delicate frequencies in your world can create disharmony and how you can bring peace, relaxation, and healing to your life with tools, tips, and simple lifestyle choices. Experience a sound healing with crystal bowls, tuning forks, energy work, breath, and voice. You will learn to raise your vibration and connect with the divine oneness of your being.
