Shadow Work Through Tarot and Meditation

November 8 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Shadow Work Through Tarot and Meditation

November 8 @ 11am-1pm

Explore the deeper parts of yourself through tarot and meditation. Designed for those with some tarot knowledge, this class introduces tarot as a powerful tool for exploring your shadow self, uncovering patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be ready to be seen and understood. We’ll also experience a guided meditation to connect with and meet your shadow in a safe, reflective way.

Shadow work isn’t about pushing parts of ourselves away, it’s about learning to understand, accept, and move with our shadow rather than constantly moving away from it. Through tarot and meditation, you’ll begin creating a more conscious relationship with the hidden or misunderstood parts of yourself, opening the door to greater awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth. Class is taught by Sarah Mackay, an intuitive tarot reader, teacher, and spiritual practitioner with over 21 years of experience. Cost is $50 and held at Hotel Cassadaga. Please register in advance by calling 386-228-2323.
