Mindful Kids: A Meditation Class for Calm, Confidence & Joy!

Help your child discover the power of peace within! In our fast-paced world, even kids can feel stressed, overwhelmed, or distracted. Our Mindful Kids Meditation Class offers children a fun and gentle way to find calm and focus, build self-confidence & emotional resilience, spark imagination & creativity and learn kindness toward themselves & others. Through simple breathwork, playful visualizations, and soothing stories, children will learn tools they can use every day — at home, in school, and beyond.
Designed for ages 8-12. One parent or guardian should attend with the child. This is an introductory class and is offered free of charge at Hotel Cassadaga.
