Tea leaf reading, also known as tasseography, is a form of divination or fortune-telling that involves interpreting patterns formed by tea leaves in a cup. It is an ancient practice that has its roots in various cultures, including Chinese, Middle Eastern, and European traditions. In this fast-paced world, it is essential to find moments of stillness and self-reflection. This class aims to introduce participants to be still for a moment, while drinking tea and concentrating on receiving and understanding the message to develop one’s innate intuition. The class will involve interactive discussions, experiential exercises, and practical applications of techniques. The class is held at Hotel Cassadaga and taught by Mari, Reiki Master, Practitioner of Herbal Medicine, Dousing, and Tasseography (8 years). The cost is $30 cash. Call 386-228-2323 to register.
