Hotel Cassadaga’s Nora Schofield, who is a Reiki Master and Psychic Intuitive will teach this Psychic Self Defense class and guide you with the tools to protect your personal energy field. Learn how other people’s energetic frequency can affect and drain your personal energy and create fractures in your auric field. This can lead to stress, apathy, agitation, and fatigue. During this class, we’ll assess what percentage of your energetic bank account is being drained and repair any fractures in your auric field.
