Reiki I Instruction and Certification

REIKI LEVEL 1 INSTRUCTION and CERTIFICATION With Nora Schofield Reiki Master Teacher

Reiki( Ray-Key) is an ancient healing art that anyone can learn and has no religious affiliation. It’s a natural system of energy healing based on Eastern techniques that encompass the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. Reiki has been reported to reduce stress and assist in one’s own healing of body, mind and spirit.
In this instruction, you will learn the history of the Usui method of Reiki Healing, Receive a Sacred Attunement, and learn the traditional way to give a Reiki session to yourself and others.
Each student will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual and certificate as a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.
Classes are approximately 3.5 hours in length and students should dress comfortably. Class size is limited to 10 students
